Kolkata, Dec 29 (PTI) Trinamool Congress today submitted a memorandum to acting Governor Devanand Konwar, on violence in West Bengal and on alleged irregularities in the BPL list. "There is bloodshed in all districts.
Trinamool workers are being attacked. We urged Konwar that he as constitutional head of the state should ensure that West Bengal was terror free and that the BPL list error free," Leader of the Opposition Partha Chatterjee, who led a party delegation, said.
The delegation included Union Minister of State for Shipping Mukul Roy, party MLAs and Kolkata Municipal Corporation councillors.
